As I sit in my sanctuary, on this cold but beautiful and sunny spring day, I am reminded of the importance of renewal – resuming an activity after a state of interruption. The challenges of every-day life can, and often do, interrupt our ability to stay connected to self and ultimately, Source.
Why does that matter? Because in the chaos/business of daily living we forget (or maybe we never knew) that we embody the closest connection to our Creator, and with that we have been given the keys to the most powerful ability to create.
Create what? Anything, by choice or default.
If we take the time to listen and act on our inherent, intuitive messages. we can attract that which we desire in our lives, and conversely, what we don’t want, when we focus on and speak of, or lament about, that which we do not want. The choice is ours, as we have free will.
How do we create what we do want? By being in a state of gratitude and love, and focusing on feeling joy; also, by having gratitude for already having that which we desire. Those feelings of having create vibrations in our bio fields that attract and bring the things, people, or circumstances we want, by sending the energy of believing we already have them.
Ever hear of the word abracadabra? It is believed to have come from two Aramaic phrases, A’bra and K’dabra: A’bra means “I shall bring forth or create”, and K’dabra, “as I speak.” Which we know, according to Genesis, is how the world was created, by the words of The Creator.
How does this relate to renewal? Spring is the time of rebirth and renewal, and I am reminded that I can refocus, start fresh, and create from a place of intention. There is no better time than now.
